Origin: the honey comes from meadows and forests above 900 m from the area around Emmetten/Nidwalden/Switzerland, south of Lake Lucerne. The lemon oil is gently extracted from Sicilian lemons.
Honey harvest: April-June. Lemon harvest: all year round in Sicily.
Color: yellowish.
Consistency: creamy.
Aroma: The fresh lemon aroma slightly masks the warm smell of the honey. The lemon will develop fully as a spread or in drinks, cold or warm.
Both the honey and the lemon oil are of premium organic quality.
